Solon (594 B.C.) All individuals should obey all laws they are subject to. Any taxes an individual is liable for should be paid by that individual. Of course, each individual should make specific personal determination as to which jurisdictions and venues he or she is subject to.
The PROBLEM today is that people do not understand the important elements of law that govern society. This is so for many reasons, all of them the result of deliberate acts of treason and betrayal by attorneys, government officials and politicians. The motives of all, except the few elitist families behind all corruption, have always been personal gain and greed.
The United States was originally governed by common law, law written in such a way that all our people could understand it and this system, for a time, worked very well for all the people. Not so today. Today people don't know or understand the law. Also, they do not understand that a red, white and blue corporation has usurped the law and power of the people in their own country.
The states of the Union are barred from interfering with such political discourse by the applicable provisions in their respective constitutions, and the United States is barred from interfering with such political discourse by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. The purpose of this web site is to encourage visitors to understand, and thus obey, the laws pertaining to a myriad of State and Federal subjects.
With regard to taxes, it is the duty of each American to determine if he is a "taxpayer" and then to take personal responsibility for whatever decision he makes.
Nothing on this web site is intended to interfere with the proper administration and enforcement of the internal revenue codes, nor can there be found any false, deceptive, or misleading commercial statement regarding the excludability of income or fraudulent as to any material matter, nor any information pertaining to the organizing or selling of an abusive tax shelter, plan or arrangement that might incite taxpayers to attempt to violate the internal revenue code, or to unlawfully evade the assessment or collection of their federal tax liabilities, or to unlawfully claim improper tax refunds.
And the warning is this:
THE SYSTEM ITSELF IS CORRUPT - IT HAS THE COURTS, THE GUNS, THE SCHOOLS, THE PRISONS, THE 'MONEY', AND THE "I'M JUST DOING MY JOB" (need that paycheck) MORONS WHO BREAK THE LAW ROUTINELY. OUR "GOVERNMENT" OPERATES ON ITS OWN POLICY, NOT OUR LAW.
The Polls and Popular Opinion dictate policy in a Democracy. The Law dictates policy in a Republic. If you want to understand what a Democracy is, just think about a "Lynch Mob". A Lynch Mob is the purest example of a Democracy. It works just fine when you are the "Lyncher" but not so well when you are the "Lynchee". The Law, on the other hand, treats everyone the same and is not given to emotion.
Our founding Fathers knew well that Democracies have never worked throughout history and they gave us a Republic type of government instead.
